To obtain an MBA in Healthcare Management degree, students are required to complete a curriculum consisting of 33 credits. MBA in Healthcare Management syllabus includes five core courses, three elective courses from the Business Administration program, and three elective courses selected from the list of Healthcare Management electives.

In this course, students will learn about crucial ethical considerations and law standards that must be applied and demonstrated in the healthcare industry, especially to those who are in managerial or leadership positions. This course will also include significant applications that will help students practice and assess their understanding of the acquired topics.
This course equips students with statistical and analytics tools essential for making effective managerial decisions in the dynamic and uncertain healthcare industry. Students will explore statistical topics including data description, probability, inference, and regression, and learn how to apply these concepts using specialized software. Through practical examples and case studies in the healthcare field, students will develop the skills to select appropriate statistical methods, interpret results, and effectively communicate findings. This course addresses the design and management of effective and efficient systems for the proper conveyance of services. In contrast to traditional operations and production management in manufacturing, services are co-created through interaction between both the customer and the service provider. This course will give students the tools to design service systems that obey standard principles in layout, queuing, inventory, and quality against the backdrop of human interactions in healthcare.
This capstone course focuses on the concepts of strategic management and competitive analysis within the healthcare industry. The course aims to develop critical management skills and provide students with a comprehensive perspective on how healthcare organizations are strategically managed both locally and globally.
